(Automation Systems)

Essential Responsibilities:

• Create detailed mechanical drawings for customized automation systems.
• Develop models and designs from concept to final product.
• Apply a strong understanding of machine working principles and material selection in design.
• Generate 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for mechanical components and assemblies of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).
• Interpret and work with pneumatic and hydraulic design drawings.
• Utilize CAD software such as #SOLIDWORKS, Solid Edge, and #AutoCAD for design and development.
• Possess basic knowledge of electrical systems and logic control.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) using SAP.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: BE in Mechanical or Design Engineering.
• Experience: 4–6 years of experience, preferably in the automation, machine tool, or packaging machine manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience with Solid Edge 3D modeling.
  
  

Job Location: Chakan, Pune - Maharashtra.
